To Care or Not To Care?

Lately, I have been living attempting to carry ALL that I have going on, along with the concerns and opinions of others. I shall CARRY NO LONGER !! I relinquish all cares and concerns, unless they are in place for the greater good of me.

To be completely honest, I feel selfish for thinking that. I feel disconnected and shallow thinking that way. Are we supposed to be selfish? Is there a fair level of selfishness? Like you're hanging out with your friends and all of a sudden you see a girl across the street, eating an ice cream cone while she holds a child's hand, would you turn to your friend and say "Oh she's being super selfish dude," and your friend looks and says "Nah dude, she's within her fair limits of selfishness." Or does no one care? Or do we all assume that no one care? I want to be selfish, all at the same time, I want to care and be connected to those around me.

Why is that? Where is this conflict coming from?

Maybe that was a bad example, oh well. Its late, I'll blame it on time.

I also blame this conflict on social media and access to the world wide weird at our fingertips. Ugh, welcome to the digital age. 🙄

Oh the thoughts that rampage my mind at 4:55am...

After typing this conflict through, I have came to the conclusion that I will care about my cares and care about those who care about my cares. I will also care about the caring aspect of others', however their cares shall remain theirs. If we happen to care about the same thing then sparks shall fly and cares will be felt 2x stronger.

That is all. Proceed with your cares.
