June, July, August & September
Honey, as we spoke about previously I vowed to be as consistent as possible but these last few months have been
B-U-S-Y.
As we speak, I just finished arguing with my bighead boyfriend. Why? Cause I feel cramped, slightly unmotivated, unappreciated most times andddddd I feel like there are forces around us that will not let us just be.
Like goddamn. All we are going to do is be successful. Mind yo business.
Let's talk about the good, the bad and the ugly before we jump into the best juiciness in my world.
The Good: We are doing good. My savings has increased drastically. Each paint job we finish, I've been able to put a little bit in an emergency stash. Which is definitely good. Also, I'm training pretty consistently, and I'm almost positive I'll be ready to race this upcoming year, if not before then. What else is good? Well, Biden has agreed to pay $20,000 of student debt for qualified individuals. I'm applying for grants. Went to my first real estate class and have

increased my rolodex by like 200%. It's been paint job after paint job. Life is good. My man is still faithful, loving and honest. I'm still gawjus and thriving. Also, we redecorated our living room and our little apartment went from wanna-be office space to cozy chic den. Also, I've partnered with some brands and produced some cool content.
<------------ Like this... Yay ! 👍🏽✨
The Bad:
I've noticed that my boyfriend and I only really argue like that when I'm about to get my period or when our stank ass upstairs neighbors are around. They're house stinks so bad we've had to go out and purchase wax melts just so we don't have to deal with their problem ever again. I'm seriously on the verge of putting holes in someones' tire but I'm gonna just mind my own damn business cause ain't no body got time for that. To be honest, there's no real bad. The only bad is that I haven't written a post for each month, as planned but its because business has been doing so well and will continue to. We move on..
The Ugly: The only ugly right now is that I'm not really settled into a succinct career. Nor is my partner. We both have aspirations and goals but as far as careers and finances, we can be doing much much better. But that's my most humble opinion. And considering I am a perfectionist, it's no telling what is really ugly, is actually ugly. To me, anyways.
"The real juiciness is that minding your business is the biggest flex there is and ever will be."
Certain things never go out of style, like class and manners.
It won't always be good, or will it?...
This summer was filled with professional progress, rest and allowing God to place the pieces where they are meant to be.
I honestly hate how many platforms there are for social media and sharing, but when God is doing this good there's a reason to flex, on all platforms.
Not really much else to say. Here's some pics from this summer:
I have most of these pics on social media so feel free to stalk me there and there only.
Thanks for reading and breathing.
Until next time.
Love Always,
Jess
