Expand and Contract.

First things first, I just want it to be known that the past two weeks of February flew by faster than I don't know what! I chose to take a short break from my blog and put more focus on being an active participant in life. This past week I..

got a job at 710 bowling, but was fired shortly after.

I started saving money. When I say saving I really mean holding onto enough dollars to put towards my obsession *rubs hands like bird man*. Okay, so eventually these dollars gets used for late night milkshakes and broccoli. I know I shouldn't but Im slowly but surely fighting off one bad habit at a time.

The two together sound like it would be gross, but the combination actually levels out for me, on my health meter anyway.

I have been absolutely in love with the research and growth I continue to experience. It seems that the moment I get closer to connecting an idea with my research efforts, life as a profound way of leading me closer to more relevant pieces of the puzzle.

As I slowly and surely navigate through this

beautiful

magnificent

magical

colossal

lovely

wonderful

fantastic

passionate

scary good

plentiful

growing

flower-filled

bucket-listed

honorable

soft

precious

exciting

soul-binding life...

You know what I just noticed ?

I really have been breathing a lot more lately. I'm not hypothetically speaking or dancing figuratively around the issue at hand, but really literally, breathing. Physically inhaling and exhaling. When I was training a lot harder than I am now, I used to be so focused on my breath. I would feel my diaphragm expand and contract as I took a breath. A breath of fresh air through the body is enriching. As I sit

here, I ponder...

I Think I'm doing all the right things...

I Feel great cause I know I'm not an average chick..

I Wonder if Ill be a milti-millionaire by the time I' 23.

Keep the peace and when life gets tough, just take a breath. Allow your stomach and lungs to fill up like a balloon. In with peace, Out with clarity.

Always,

Jess
