Workforce Worries

I work at Dave & Buster's. I'm a server.

Recently at my place of employment another server, whom we shall call TNT literally has me on the brink of being fired.

Our first encounter: She was in charge of signing me off to go home and had to check my section. I gave her my paper to sign, she bitched about my section, I asked for my paper back. She pointed to her apron, which had what I thought was my paper sticking out of it. I attempted to take my paper back, she made a scene, told the managers I was grabbing in her apron and we both were written up.

Our second encounter: I was standing in front of the micros, which also has drawers in front of it. She said to me "scuse me," in an efforts to grab something from out of the drawer. I stepped out the way and asked her, "Are you looking for powercards?" She angrily replied back saying, "No, I'm looking for something." I then opened the drawer further so she could grab whatever it was she was looking for.

She moved her hand, closed the drawer and I proceeded to ringing in my table's order. She then began to make a scene stating I "closed her hand in the drawer." I ignored her obnoxious, untrue statements and simply responded to her, " I'm not doing this with you today." Our managers requested we each write a statement and we both were sent home early.

Today, I attempted to check my schedule and I have no hours for this week.

I called to make sure I was still on the schedule and one of the managers stated that I was "taken off the schedule until further review."

I make awesome money at Dave & Buster's. Not only that, but I thoroughly enjoy working there. It's not hard and I don't work hard for the amount of money I make. I refuse to be fired over this loud mouth, attention-seeking, gargantuan bully. I've never had any conduct issues at work unless she's involved. She actively seeks drama so she can make a scene. I honestly despise working alongside her. I have 0 issues with everyone else. I'm kind, quiet and I do an awesome job at work. I know I'm not going to lose my job because I know my worth. But from here on out, I'll say absolutely nothing to that server. NOTHING. I pray my managers see through her drama and allow me to come back to work. I hope we all forget about this drama. I don't even want her to get fired because she has kids, and I have a heart. But I will make it my priority to avoid any contact.

Looking forward to being back on D&B schedule because I need and love money.
